Desktop Isnt Resized After Switching From 2 to 1 Monitors

Up at my apartment I have 2 monitors setup in KDE (a 27" 1080P and a 20" 16:9), I came back home for the week and I'm using around an 18" 4:3 ratio and the right-hand side of my desktop is off the screen. I can't see the system tray, the cashew, Device Notifier, etc.. Yet the cashew in the upper right-hand corner is in its correct place, and when I try to drag a window over there it snaps back to the (visable) desktop.

I've tried messing with the GUI apps in system settings and nVidia but the didnt offer anything. I also tried tweaking the xorg.conf and completely removing it, but that didn't change anything. I just tried to reconnect another monitor that I have here to see if that would fix anything and it didn't. Any ideas?
