Okay, I understand English is not your native language. Regardless, your non-use of your shift key and punctuation renders your post nearly unreadable. Spell words out -- this is not an SMS message board. Capitalize 'I', proper nouns, and the beginning words in sentences.
The card you specified is a wireless card. What steps have you taken so far? What wiki entries have you read? How are you connecting? (iwconfig?, networkmanager?, wicd?) As a minimum, please post the output of :
lspci
ifconfig -a
and
iwconfig

Okay, that all looks reasonable. Next, what can you tell us about the wireless network to which you want to connect. Do you know the name of the network (the SSID)? is it open, or is it encrypted? If it is encrypted, is it WEP or WPA?
If you would, could you now post the output of :
sudo iwlist scan

just do:
iwconfig wlan0 rate 1M
it's a know bug, across all distros.
all explained here:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Rtl8187_wireless
you will have poor performance on linux...

I had the same problem... until I lowered txpower from 30 to 25:
iwconfig wlan0 txpower 25
iwconfig wlan0 rate 5.5M fixed
I don't know why, now is much much faster (same as windoze)!
Even the dhcp timeout problem is gone!
My USB dongle is a Sinmax 1000mW using rtl8187 default kernel driver.
/etc/conf.d/wireless-regdom set to BO to enable 30dBm txpower.
If someone can confirm this, could be added to the WIKI.
I hope it helps.
