e1000e doens't work at 1Gig with 2.6.37-ARCH Kernel

I'm experiencing an issue related with 1Gig link.
The Link in a cyclic way goes up for about 1 sec after 10 sec of down state.
My laptopt HW is: Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82573L Gigabit Ethernet Controller
