Hi
I have some serious problems with my eclipse and it doesnt matter whether I take the repo eclipse or a stand-alone eclipse. It starts normally, works for 10-30 seconds, and then it just crashes.
The only thing it tells me is:
#
# A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:
#
# SIGSEGV (0xb) at pc=0x619eb5a2, pid=20860, tid=3076064960

#
/usr/bin/eclipse: line 4: 20860 Aborted ${ECLIPSE_HOME}/eclipse "$@"Here is the report file http://pastebin.com/JJcN1yUF
Do you have a solution for that one?

Check out several recent threads about firefox4 (actually xulrunner2), it seems its caused problems with eclipse. This may (or may not) be related to what you're seeing.

Downgrading to xulrunner 1.9* solved the problem, thank you.

To make it work without having to downgrade see this thread https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=907708
