Ahhh what happened to menumaker's OB3 support?!

What's with this new version of menumaker? It used to have support for generating Openbox 3 menus, now it doesn't have support for Openbox at all. Is this an option I have to compile in or something?

No, seriously, what happened? The menumaker website says that mmaker works with OB3, but the program doesn't list OB3 as a frontend. Enter 'mmaker openbox3', and you'll get an error message.

Obviously not longer supported:

mmaker --h
This is MenuMaker 0.99.2, a 100% Python heuristics-driven menu generator

**** THIS IS OF AN ALPHA CODE QUALITY, NOT FOR PRODUCTION USE ****

usage: mmaker [options] frontend

options:
--version show program's version number and exit
-h, --help show this help message and exit
  -v, --verbose be verbose
  -f, --force overwrite existing files
-c, --stdout dump the menu to stdout instead of file
-i produce the output suitable for inclusion into the
custom menu; MUST be used in conjunction with -c
-r, --retain-path always retain the path to executable (by default, the
                        path is omitted whenever possible)
  --no-desktop skip .desktop scanning

Informations fetched form the homepages are really out dated

Latest MenuMaker is 0.17... Oleg A. Khlybov 2004-03-24

Of course not.
It looks like that arch folks ignored my warning and released a 0.99 package even though this is a preview release, which is simply NOT ready for distribution. Sad.
You'd better roll back to 0.17 which is the latset stable release.

Regards,
Oleg

Some package maintainers might be to quick.
