I use Dell Vostro a860 laptop, intel gpu, and I have some strange screen flickering on bottom, on tint2. I use Openbox + tint2...When I try to screenshoot it, it disappears...This is screenshoot of desktop, flickering and bluring occur over tint2 position....Is there any solution?

That has happened to me also, are you sure that you are not running two tint2's ?
try "pkill tint2" and then "tint2" and see if it helps.

Hi. I'm not an expert on tint2 but you could try the following perhaps...
killall -SIGUSR1 tint2
To refresh the tint2. Also I wonder if it has something to do with compositing, are you running xcompmgr? I use this in my autostart.sh which I copied from the wiki
# Launch xcompmgr and tint2 with openbox
if which tint2 >/dev/null 2>&1; then
(sleep 2 && xcompmgr) &
(sleep 2 && tint2) &

No, I do not use composite, but I think this is something with intel gpu driver and other staff related to driver...???

Indeed, no xcompmgr and there's flickering. Try using vesa driver if it's any different.

Why to use vesa when intel is for intel gpu???
There's flickering with xcompmgr eather...

Well, You should try using vesa. If this flicker doesn't happens with vesa then you can comfortably blame intel driver. It's much easier once you know the source.
If neccessary you can file a bug report too.
