Intermediate level C++ book recommendations?

I have been using C++ for about 4 months now, basically all self study. I am looking for an intermediate level c++ book that can help fill in my foundation / provide better style / standards for me to follow, learn some new stuff and fill in some of the small things that I do but don't know why.
