When I try to use the E17 desktop menu, categories in the menu fail to pop up their submenus as I move my mouse over them. When I click on them, the submenus pop up, but only for about half a second; after that, the desktop menu immediately disappears. In other words, I cannot open or edit anything via the E17 menus.
Is this a bug in the current CVS, or have I done something really stupid?

Okay, the menus work... But only if you hover your mouse over a specific pixel for a second. :?
Got rid of Rensel's e17 CVS and replacing with NickM's stuff...

You just have to delete your old ~/.e/e/config/e.cfg, that's a known issue.
Anyway I'm uploading up-to-date e-cvs packages right now, and have already uploaded enlightenment.freedesktop.org ones.

Uhh, Rensel? Your ewl-cvs package doesn't seem to have the right md5sum...

Sorry, fixed

Hey Rensel, here's a something you might want to do: add e17genmenu to your repo. It ports GNOME and/or KDE menus to E17, creating .eapp files for what it detects... In other words, it makes E17 useful, as opposed to just functional.
Edit: it's in Nickm's repo.
