Usb mp4 not mounting. What's going on?

Hello fellas, I plugged in my usb mp4 right now and have received a message of error. Looks like I have no authorization. What could it be? It's the first time it happens to me using arch. Maybe i'm missing something...?

(the message is in portuguese and says: Was not possible to mount Phillips)

Re: Usb mp4 not mounting. What's going on?

install consolekit and add to your .xinitrc "ck-launch-session" between exec and gnome-session.

exec ck-launch-session gnome-session

restart x and see if it works.
