Help with input

I don't know if this is the right place to post this, but I can't find another convinent topic.

I installed the fcitx 4.0.1 version, but somehow, it doesn't work. Here's the output:

I checked and there is a config file at /home/user123/.config/fcitx , and I reat the arch wiki concerning fcitx, no dice.
