[SOLVED]Gnome 3 Network Manager (how do I get wireless working?)

After installing Gnome 3 I don't see any way to get the wireless working like if I want to switch between networks on the fly. There used to be the network-manager applet, but that doesn't exist anymore I suppose.

Is there a way to accomplish this? I installed gnome-system-tools from testing and now have a network settings dialogue, but it lists everything as "not configured" and I cannot enable anything. Any help in the right direction would be much appreciated!

Do you have the network-manager-applet package installed?  That is still in Gnome 3; I am using it right now.

When I tried installing it I received an error that it is not supported in this version of Gnome. I'll post back with more information later in the week.

The network-manager daemon now functions... installed from [testing]
