Is there a way to install Arch with an Intel Wifi Link 5100 wireless adapter when I only have access to wireless internet? Is there something I can do or download beforehand that will allow my adapter to work right out of the install? Or would I definitely need to somehow get wired internet first to download the things I would need?

You can install via wireless.
Everything is in the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Be … install.29

You might encounter quite a bit of outdated information out there on the internet (and possibly in some corners of the wiki) regarding this. The driver for this wireless adaptor was incorporated into the kernel relatively recently, and before then you did need to have separate internet access to get it working. However, as blasse says, you shouldn't have any trouble nowadays - I've got the same adaptor on my laptop, and it works very reliably.

Okay, cool... the one thing I'm a bit worried about is, the wireless I can connect to requires me to have Internet access, connect to a splash page, and enter in my username and password. I assume there's probably no way around this in the install phase, right?

Unfortunate no.

So there's no way to install Arch with some sort of graphical interface already on it? So that I could open up a browser and log in?
