There's a list of pacman GUIs here: http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pac … _Frontends

I like a pair of neat tools, 'pacman' and 'makepkg'. 'pbget' is pretty cool too, sometimes I use that. They integrate really well into all DEs, as a bonus, and are extremely fast and lightweight.
By far the best yaourt frontends

Are there any GUIs for yaourt at all? I do not know any.

No, there are none, and a wrapper for a wrapper would just be terrible. Yaourt is slow and clunky enough by itself. There is the Shaman GUI wrapper for Pacman/ABS, but not for the AUR.
