PulseAudio-Gnome: Buzzing music from audio player ... & other problems

Hallo!

Since I installed the package-group PulseAudio-Gnome, the music on the VLC player is buzzing slightly.

To fix it, I must temporary change over the audio output from the Internal Audio to the USB headset and back.

And also, I can't act out from 2 different audio sources at the same time. For example, the VLC is running (and streaming from the internet). If I click now on a YouTube clip, I can't hear anything from the clip, just from the VLC player.

Does anybody possibly have the same problem?

How can I eradicate this deficiency?
