Brother Printer recognized by CUPS, but won't print. Scanner works

Hello there.

I have a Brother MFC-210C and, as the title says, I was able to set it up fine in CUPS, but it won't print.  The printer briefly displays "Receiving Data" for about a second in the LED screen, but then nothing.  I noticed on a google search that a lot of people have experienced this problem of the printer briefly receiving data, but not printing.

I did get the scanner to work just fine though.

Any ideas?  I'd appreciate it.

On a 32-bit system using KDE 4.6.2, btw.

I still can't find a solution for this.  Starting to get nerve racking!  I see others here have gotten their mfc210c printer working.  I must be overlooking one small thing since it sets up fine in cups and I can get my scanner to work.

Have you tried installing cupswrapper for mfc210c from aur? Im not sure if its needed but its worth a try..

How about /var/log/cups/error.log? Do you have any errors there?
