No sure if this is the right place to post this. As I am running testing this could be related.
Just did a fresh install of Archlinux. The problem is when I start Firefox
nothing happens. I ran it in the terminal and it's segfaults . Can get the
safe mode box up when I run firefox -safe-mode but when it try's to start it
just segfaults. Anyone else have this problem and how can I sort this?
I have testing enabled with all other repos enabled ie : testing core extra community-testing community multilib so running Gnome 3.
Thanks in advance,
Gordy

FYI, It just so happens there is an active dialog going on in the arch mailing lists right now. http://mailman.archlinux.org/pipermail/ … hread.html
You may want to keep your eye on that, as well as this forum. Maybe you could update the forum with pertinent information.

I can confirm that the problem is sqlite3 3.7.6-1 in testing. Downgrading to the one in core, sqlite3 3.7.5-1, solves the problem..
Thanks,

I've been writing a bit on FS 23753. This looks related to the "safe browsing" database file, urlclassifier3.sqlite. I'm unable to recompile xulrunner, so I can't say if that would fix it.
