Hi,

Problem:
after run pm-hibernate my box goes sleep when I try resume it, it hungs up.

During resume I have got this message (after add no_console_suspend to kernel parameters):

Linux version 2.6.38-ARCH (tobias@T-POWA-LX) (gcc version 4.6.0 (GCC) ) #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Mar 30 08:47:36 CEST 2011

in log file from pm-utils everything is clean.

I have found that could be some bug in kernel but solution what some user propose are not working for me.
The moste similary problem with that are on some laptops. My problem is with box.
I have check in BIOS that maybe something is turn off, for example some suspend options but all look fine.

If there is need some more input from me give me know.
Thanks a lot for any advices or clue.

Re: Freezing during resume after hibernate

It is a bug in the new kernel: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=116119
There is a patch in that thread, or you could wait for the next kernel upgrade.
