I have a netbook (AAO-D260) running Arch.
A few days ago I started using the [testing] repo to try Gnome3. I've updated all packages with (pacman -Syu). The problem is, the graphics performance in games (like teeworlds and xmoto) is very, very poor and make those games completely unusable.
Glxgears can't even show the gears spinning! Its ouput:
22 frames in 5.1 seconds = 4.289 FPS
Can anyone tell me where is the issue?
Thanks!

I can't help with the issue, but ive got an eeepc which has:
00:02.1 Display controller: Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
and this gives about 60fps with glxgears.
Which intel chipset do you have?

It turns out the problem is in my $HOME. When I create a new user, the graphics performance is totally normal.
When I switch back to my account, the problem stills there.
Now, I want to know where is the file or dir causing trouble. Is it a .X* file?
I tried removing .Xautorithy but that doesn't solve the problem.
