Latest version in archlinux.org/packages vs pacman -Sy

Hi

I'm a bit confused about the version numbers on http://www.archlinux.org/packages compared to my newly installed system.

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/commu … /shotwell/
says 0.9.1
pacman -Si shotwell
says 0.6.1

http://www.archlinux.org/packages/extra/i686/mono/
says 2.10
pacman -Si mono
says 2.6.4

The system is synced(pacman -Sy) and I did a network install when installing arch.

Is this behaviour expected, if so why.
Or should I be troubleshooting some more?

Re: Latest version in archlinux.org/packages vs pacman -Sy

Hi again

Apparently the installer comes with a lot of outdated mirrors in /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist

If by "opened" you mean "commented on". I opened that one three months ago. smile

Exactly.
And by "I'm getting old" I mean "need some coffee". Sorry, Dan.

OP opened this bug report.
