It's in the AUR, just build it in the usual way.
If you have specific issues with the build, post more details - error messages etc.

You got a 403 from the macromedia server. Did you try again, maybe it was just some temporary problem?
Anyway, here is flashplayer_inc_debug_lin_022711.tar.gz from the aur package yaou were trying to build, put it into the same folder as the PKGBUILD and makepkg will find it (and verify the checksum):
And please do not run makepkg as root, absolutely no need for it.
edit: if you have problems with the eula as well, it will build alright if you just uncomment its source line in PKGBUILD..

Making Flash available this way violates their T&C - that is not permitted here:

all right. so, your solution don't work. because the terms and conditions don't permit.
What can be done! Thanks for all your help.

According to your post here:

You finally have flash working, though only with opera? For firefox, try to manually specify the path to flash, or try with a fresh firefox profile.
Also, maybe you can give lightspark or gnash a try.

To create a new firefox profile, do
$ firefox -ProfileManagerOffline

Did you get lightspark to work? It just shows a black frame and gives no sound here on youtube and vimeo.

Nah, i haven't tried lightspark or gnash. But, i heard that gnash had achieved 100% youtube compatibility.
