KMS and monitor blinking

Hi all!
I got problem on my notebook with Ati radeon 2400 hd mobility.
When kms enabled, and second monitor is conected to VGA i got blinking on it, when kms disabled all is ok.
i think its no driver problems or something, because even in tty without X is same problem
sorry for my bad english.

Can you still get this blinking?

Kernel-2.6.38.4 will have this fix:
