Try deleting settings. I think LXDE settings are in ~/.config

I was able to boot to console then start lxde manually.. I don't mind doing this butmy dpi is still set to 305! I tried fixing this from other forums but the xorg config totally changed and nothing is working... Im using my 32" 1080p tv and the res is fine but the dpi is all messed up..
Thanks

ok well i created an xorg.conf file with Xorg -configure but it gave me an error that didnt have any effect on the file.. .. so I edited it
Section "Monitor"
Identifier "Monitor0"
DisplaySize 286 179 # In millimeters
EndSection
this made my DPI 96 which is better but my tv is up high I like 120-150 DPI and still cant change it.
