abs -t through proxy...extra and multilib failure

Hey guys,

just installed Arch Tuesday, and having some trouble getting abs running. I am working through a proxy that does not allow rsync, so I am using abs -t. I can easily sync with core and community, but when I try to get extra I recieve this error:

[root@myhost matt]# abs -t extra
==> Downloading tarballs...
    ==> extra...

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

this only happens with extra, and I was wondering, is this an error on my side? I have tried a few mirrors and have the same error, so first thought, I am common denominator, I must be problem. However it is complaining about a file being input.
Well, thanks in advance!

Do your proxy allow svn? If so you can use that instead.

Thanks for the reply, Mr.Elendig

Well, I will be checking out SVN. Thanks for the pointer. Would still love to figure out what is going on with ABS.
