Is there any specific reason why gcc 4.6.0 is in testing and not in core? I mean are there any problems with compilation of packages with 4.6.0?

That's the reason, to determine if it happens or not.
Also it's not only GCC testing, it's all packages with GCC what is tested, as well as GCC dependencies.
It's not about one package, but all the related dependant or dependencies for that package.
Best Testing Repo Warning: [testing] means it can eat you hamster, catch fire and you should keep it away from children. And I'm serious here, it's not an April 1st joke.

You will see the latest gcc-4.6.0 package is -3 and was uploaded two days ago. That fixed a bunch of bugs. I'll probably wait a few more days before moving it to [core]...

@Allan - is the dep of 'cloog' correct? I can't find that package, just 'cloog-ppl' ... perhaps I should open a flyspray?

It is there in [testing] with the gcc package that needs it. cloog-ppl is old and disappearing.

At least gcc4.6.0-3 doesn't crash while building mozilla firefox trunk code as it was the case for gcc4.6.0-2

gcc4.6.0 seems to break the android build system for me. More specifically, gcc-multilib. Haven't looked into why yet.

It is in core now. Is NULL gone? I cannot compile several AUR packages NULL and size_t are both undefined, as it seems?
