pacman -Syu just failed for me with the following error:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
bluez: /lib/udev/hid2hci exists in filesystem
Current version of bluez is 4.92-1, new one is 4.93-1. I have no idea what's going wrong. Any help?

I had the same issues just an hour ago.
But it was only a matter of time until my mirror synchronized. Now everything is up to date again.
Just wait a while or try another mirror. (Try http://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/ to get an actual one if in doubt.)
To know or not to know ...
... the questions remain forever.

rename the file and try it again.

The problem is that bluez now provides a file that udev used to provide. However, the bluez package was updated before the udev package.
So: either get udev from testing or wait until it lands in extra (should be fairly soon).

EDITED: I wrote the message before noticing the answer from "Ramses de Norre", not useful anymore
Thanks,
Tom

Subscribing to arch-dev-public also provides an invaluable source of information for this kind of stuff
