ncrast - website blocker to help working concentration

I saw this idea browsing HN earlier today ( http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=2513708 ), and thought I would rewrite it in bash since the one being linked to uses PHP, which is pointless for something like this. This script isn't going to win any awards for complexity -- it does what it says on the tin and nothing else.
