Hello guys, I've been looking for these Archlinux releases, unfortunately I've had no luck.
Not even Judd Vinet or Aaron Griffin have them, so I was thinking that maybe you have one o more of these releases that I'm looking for, even Judd will be happy to keep a copy.
Thanks for any help, I'll let you know if I know something.

Why are you looking for them? Highly doubt any would still keep them around since Arch IS rolling release...

No idea what made you think neither Judd nor Aaron have those isos. They are still on the server (not public though). But I assure you they wont be of much use anyway.

I'm looking for them because I want to check them out, and yes, I know Arch IS rolling release.
Well Pierre, I sent them a mail asking for those releases and they answered me saying that they didn't have any copy of them.
If they are on the server but not public, how can I get them?
Thanks again ![]()

Well Pierre, I sent them a mail asking for those releases and they answered me saying that they didn't have any copy of them.
Imagine them saying: "I have it but I won't give it to you." You would've asked: "OH WHY?" and they would've needed to say "Because." and then you would've still asked this question over and over again. This way they got rid of you without insulting you by letting you know Santa Claus does not exist.
On the other hand... maybe they don't have a copy, because the Server has it. Maybe they have to share a copy and don't want it to be split too much. Maybe it's just Saturday.

Well they were very polite, and I use to trust certain people.
Anyway they could have say, "we don't share it anymore because..." I don't see a reason to lie. Also Vinet told me to report him if I find something.
I'm STILL looking for links or someone that may have these releases, and/also:
0.7.2 Gimmick
0.8 Voodoo
2007.05 Duke
2007.08 Don't Panic
2008.06 Overlord
A guy shared me a link, unfortunately the files are not on ![]()

There is no reason to make a secret about these isos. I'll copy them to my server and come back with a link then. Might be temporary though as it has limited bandwith and traffic.

Thanks a lot Pierre, let me share a few mirrors where you can find older Arch versions and maybe someone might need.

Einkilink,
There was a thread a while back from someone that attempted to start with the first ISO and get it fully up to date. While I don't think that it was successful, the thread was very cool all the same. I can't remember who it was and I'm far too lazy to search for it, but you can find it here somewhere.

I think I have all official isos here. Due to our bandwidth limitation upload might take a while. so just be patient. While those isos might have a nostalgic value it is probably not easy or impossible to actually use them as they just contain base packages and the needed repos are long gone. An update to the current version of Arch wont be possible due to a lot of incompatible changes we made during the last ten years.

I didn't know that skottish, I will search for it as long as I get home ![]()
Thanks again Pierre, don't worry about time, for the moment I'm not home, so probably when I got myself home the ISO's will be on too.

So, here is a hopefully complete archive of all the official isos: https://users.archlinux.de/~pierre/archive/ (Be nice to the server; I'll need to remove them if they create too much traffic)

skottish :
I think you're talking about me...
to OP:
I tried, but it is very INCOMPATIBLE with new hardware (for example, Arch 0.1 does not recognise SATA, only PATA (or IDE if you prefer)).
Although I gave it a couple of hours, soo many things were "broken", I had to leave it.
I'm waiting for a new computer, when it comes and I have time, I'll try again..
