This is a delayed warning, but the last update to lv2core (if you have not updated yet or intervened) has a file conflict which is safe to ignore:
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
lv2core: /usr/include/lv2/lv2plug.in/ns/lv2core exists in filesystem
Simply force an install with --force or -f, preferably pacman -Syf lv2core (in case there are any other notable conflicts in an update which you should not ignore). The file was previously created with an upstream tool during post-installation, but it was later proven to be unnecessary and that we could just package the file (symlink) in question. See the relevant feature request [1] for more information.
I need real, proper pen and paper for this.

Wait, -Syf? Isn't -Sy something that should never be done?

Yes - this is only (an exception) for one package (update). You should otherwise never use -Sy for (random) installations.
