Bought the LG GH24 Super Multi DVD Rewriter. Using k3b I get "No medium present" no matter what I put in there.
This is for blank CDs, data CDs, Data DVDs, blank DVDs.

Are you sure you happen to be a member of the group optical?

It means you are not part of that group. Unless you work with root which is totally wrong.
