Network daemon is working, but no connections are functioning

Hello!

I have box with Arch for Internet Share, DHCP, Proxy...all is working great...but some times when i reboot i have a problem with connection...eth0 (internet) and eth1(lan) does not ping. I mean when i'm trying to ping google there is nothing...when i'm trying to ping a local computer there is nothing too! Sometimes restarting network daemon is helps...but not all times...i can restart it for 10 times with no effect! In this case just another reboot can help me...or another reboot...and another one!

Help? X)
