Edit Discussion page failed.

The Discussion page of Beginners' Guide (简体中文) coulde be edited.
简体中文 is Simplified Chinese. I am new to Wiki.
It seems each discussion page in many other non-English language has the same issue.
Here are error messages:

Database error
A database error has occurred
Query: SELECT lc_value FROM `l10n_cache` WHERE lc_lang = 'en' AND lc_key = 'messages:editnotice-1-Beginners\'_Guide_(简体中文)' LIMIT 1

I think it's related to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/21610. please post to the bugtracker.
