Yes but it's different, in the Yahoo case there was no evidence that the code in question was actually used by Yahoo.

"Innocent until proven guilty" works only wrt to criminal charges, not business matters, right? Otherwise the case would have been thrown out of court I suppose.

I'm not referring to this particular case, but is there a way not to feed the patent trolls?
