I was able to downloads torrents via qBittorrent and the other day I got the blasted Stalled on any I try to start. I've port forwarded, enabled UPnP, and everything else I can think of with no luck (and it happens on all torrents). I also tried running rtorrent with the same results. I can see seed/leech stats and some trackers as working but status will stay stalled.
I also noticed once I started troubleshooting that I can't receive pings. I can resolve pages with no problems and my router is not blocking them but no packets are returned. I have all updates running and have tried restarts with no luck. I'm pretty much out of ideas at this time, especially with the ping issue with I know will prevent me from asking for help with torrents in the appropriate forums.
FIX: ended up just having to do the modem reset thing. Happens sporadically and didn't even think to try it at first.
