tbird crash when i try to send html

Hey there,
its really important for me to be able to use Thunderbird to email in html.
i tried it with copy and paste from firefox (google front page)
i tried to paste it into the body of the message, looked good.
tried to send, selected html only, and it crashed.
tried again by selecting html and plain text and it crashed.
any ideas?
tried from the terminal and got a seg fault.

Re: tbird crash when i try to send html

no clue. I never send html email. I was grasping at straws.

If I want to send someone a snip of html, I save it in a file and compress it with zip or something.

(I force my mail client to render as plain text only too).

Re: tbird crash when i try to send html

yeah, what would be easier would be if there was a way to export html -> pdf, that would solve everything.

just one file to attatch.

thanks though, i appreciate your time and attention to this..

cheers
