which file similar modules.cgz with other release in initrd.img

Dear all, one raid card driver can not drive between install archlinux . so I want to put the raid mod in to initrd.img ,but I don't know which place should I put .  I can not find modules.cgz in initrd64lts.img
anybody can tell me .

buy the way ,i am chinese , my english is not good ..hope you  can know what my mean ...
