unable to start terminal with the regular user but works fan as root

unable to start terminal ,others like sakura

the message is :

gnome-session[3705]:WARING:Failed to acquire org.gnome.SessionManager

and a message window  information :

Could not acquire 
         name on session bus

with the regular user but works fan as root

using gnome 3

you have to give a more detailed description of your problem in order for us to understand the problem.
here are some qestions:
are you unable as a normal user to start every type of terminal or only sakura?
are you trying to start it from a terminal or a menu/shortcut?
can you post your .xinitrc?
