hibernate on samsung n220 not working

Hi, on my samsung n220 netbook i tried to do hibernate. i added the uresume hook (also tried the resume one) and changed my menu.lst to contain my swap partition as resume device.

hibernating itself works fine. But when the computer comes back to life, it starts booting and then - simply reboots.

Did anyone have more success with hibernate on this machine?
