Hi!
Stupid situation... I've forgot to logout from root after installing transmission-gtk. Ergo when I started transmission as root, it created all of it's "made on first startup" files with root as owner. I already chmoded ~/.config/transmission back to me, but I still recieve an error under every torrent I try to download quoting that it can't save torrent file for the premission was denied.
So my question is...
Where does it try to download it!?
In the meantime I'll try to look for some config files or something.

Solved! I've chowned without -R :-)
