Boot hangs for while on 2.6.38 waiting for nVidia audio device.

Hi everyone,

I'm having a boot hang loading pci 0000:00:07.0, it's getting kinda annoying waiting for those 12 seconds. This problem has been ocurring on and off after kernel upgrades. Just wondering if anyone out there knows how to get around this problem.
