my arch's voice is little

i have new installed xface for desktop ,but i found my pc's voice is very little ,
i pull the voice button to max ,but even though the voice was also very little ,
how to do ,thanks.

I assume you are not a native English speaker.  I think the word for which you are looking is "Volume" rather than "Voice"

Are you using Pulseaudio ?  If so, install and run pavucontrol and ensure the volume is turned up there as well.
Also, You might open whichever interface to Alsamixer you like, set it to show all controls (some may be hidden) and make sure the channels are all up.

To maximize the volume of your sounds, try running "alsamixer" in a terminal and dragging all of the bars to the top (the most important ones are Master and PCM).
