Temperature & fan speed

I'm having problems with my fan, it's too loud and it's always running up since a year. Temperature is 55º on idle and ~80º while whatching some flash. It could be +95º sometimes when compiling/virtual machines.
When I'm on tty fan speed is 100%, then run X and goes to ~80%. I use DWM and if I have pressed a key like moving arround a window, fan speed goes to ~50%. When I stop pressing the key goes to ~80% again and 100% on gcc, for example. I think it's a video card problem.

I'll really apreciate any clue because this computer gonna die soon with this issue and HDD problem with load cycles.

Here is some information (please tell if you need more):

Re: Temperature & fan speed

Is your heat sink properly seated?  I would recommend you use a quality thermal paste such as AS5 and a quality HSF.
