Are still scarce for XFCE4.8 beautiful themes, including themes for GTK3 applications. But the developer of Greybird theme (the theme of Xubuntu 11.04) supplemented with GTK3 your theme. Unfortunately the theme Greybird which is available in AUR still uses the old version, before the launch of Xubuntu 11.04 (already informed the package maintainer), so you must download from the source or install the git version (xfce-theme-greybird-git)...

Sweet, I recently changed my desktop to XFCE coming from Openbox. Did some basic styling, but this might be my new scenery.
My current emerald theme might match this ok as well.
Thanks for posting

Hadn't noticed this thread before, but I replied to you on the AUR package's page: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=46022
After a discussion with someone from the Shimmer Project, I changed the PKGBUILD to use distinct "git-tag releases", and the latest version (0.2.1) has the GTK3 theme, as well as the Greybird wallpaper.
Even though it uses git, all users of the PKGBUILD will get the same theme, unlike traditional git PKGBUILDs that are built against the master branch.
