I am running a multi-lib system and I have lib32-nvidia-utils. Games run fine, including Wine so everything is at least installed to a functional level.
However, pacman keeps spitting this dependencies warning out at me after every action:
missing dependency for lib32-mesa : lib32-libgl
If I'm not mistaken, lib32-libgl should be supplied by lib32-nvidia-utils. However it is not recognizing that I do not need lib32-libgl. Pacman also tried to pull lib32-libgl for basically everything since it thinks im without a lib32-libgl library.

I figured it out.
Apparently, pacman didn't realize I had lib32-nvidia-utils installed.
Funny thing is, even when I ran -Rsn is still kept the lib32-nvidia-utils libraries. O_o
I had to -Rsn and then pacman -Syf lib32-nvidia-utils inorder for it install properly and overwrite the files. So far it's running fine and the lib32-libgl error is gone.
Just going to leave this here incase anyone else comes across this error.

maybe you had lib32-nvidia-utils-beta? do a pacman -Qs nvidia
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

Or maybe your system crashed halfway through installing lib32-nvidia-utils.
