Kernel panic at vmscan.c:1063 :(

Hi,

for the past week after some kernel upgrade I started to have serious system crashes, by doing nothing much or leaving the computer for a long time it freezes.

These are the screens that I got while the crash occurred:
kernel1.jpg
kernel2.jpg
kernel3.jpg
kernel4.jpg

I scanned my hard drive for bad sectors and it's clean, I tested my memory modules, they're ok.

Using:

 Linux kolg 2.6.39-ARCH #1 SMP PREEMPT Tue Jun 7 05:49:02 UTC 2011 i686 Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

Radeon:

 *-display:0
                description: VGA compatible controller
                product: RV535 [Radeon X1650 Series]
                vendor: ATI Technologies Inc
                physical id: 0
                bus info: pci@0000:01:00.0
                version: 9e
                width: 32 bits
                clock: 66MHz
                capabilities: vga_controller bus_master cap_list rom
                configuration: driver=radeon latency=32 mingnt=8
                resources: irq:16 memory:d0000000-dfffffff ioport:b800(size=256) memory:ffdf0000-ffdfffff memory:ffdc0000-ffddffff

Memory modules:

*-memory
          description: System memory
          physical id: 0
          size: 1015MiB

4 x 256 DDR1 dual channel.

I'm not able to do anything in the current state, please identify my problem, I have to know whether it's hardware error in the memory modules or it's by a software origin.

Regards.
