Weird wireless problem

Hey,

I have a BCM4312 wireless card. Here's the output of lspci -nn:

04:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY [14e4:4315] (rev 01)

I am using b43 drivers with it, and I am able to connect to my AP with no problems, but whenever I try to connect to an ad-hoc network, nm-applet just throws a "The network connection has been disconnected" message. Any insights?
