How good Arch Linux support IMB T60? Does it have the wi-fi drivers?

Support should be very good for that laptop, I used to use a T61p with no problems at all.  I would suggest you check out the Beginner's Guide and the wiki for more information, you should be able to figure out all the stuff you will need.
