BCM4312 Problems

I'm attempting to setup a BCM4312 wireless card on a Dell Inspiron 1545. As of this point I have tried both the b43 driver and the wl driver (with other modules properly blacklisted at each attempt). With the b43 driver (and the b43 firmware from AUR), Network Manager was able to detect the wireless networks in the area, but unable to connect. The wl drivers, meanwhile, didn't even get that far. Network Manager could tell the card was there, but couldn't even detect the wireless networks. Does anyone know how to get this card working?

Re: BCM4312 Problems

Interestingly, now it works. No amount of resets after install helped, but apparently letting the laptop sit off for half an hour did.  Bizarre. If problems reoccur, I'll bump this by posting the requested information. Otherwise, I will just scratch my head and move on.
