I'm having some problems getting games to work in wine. But I think the problem has something to do with my intergrated graphics... here's what Runes of Magic looks like:
Note this was when I was running linux mint. I tried it in arch linux and have gotten the same problem. Another game that doesn't work is team fortress 2 (steam). I've followed the instructions 100%, but still, I can't run the game. The game goes black after the intro screen. I have the xf86-video-intel (or something like that) driver installed, and I think mesa with mesa demos. What could be my problem?

I know intergrated graphics aren't good, but I can usually play games in low detail on windows without any lag. Could I get some help please?

You could try disabling shaders (either in winecfg or ingame) or reducing the shaders level (ingame.) It might help...

I think he means inside the game. Reducing shaders has been known to fix things. Maybe it's even the exact same problem as this one: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=23906#c30 Though this one is about nvidia drivers and StarCraft II, it seems like it could be a generic problem. Maybe read that whole bug and then also this one: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=26967

I've edited my post to make it more understandable.
I've had a similar problem with The Settlers II Anniversary Edition, where lowering the shaders setting inside the game helped.

Which ones do I disable/lower? There's vertex shader support (which I set to none), and pixel shader, which I disabled also. I'm going to install Runes of Magic again and see if it runs. As for the link Gusar, there's a patch that might help me... to apply it would I have to recompile wine? (I have the git version from the AUR) It takes forever to compile (I use the 64bit+32bit one I think, so I can have a 32bit winearch).
EDIT: One of Runes of Magic's requirements is: Graphics Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible with 128MB RAM, Pixel Shader 2.0 (or better). So wouldn't disabling pixel shader not let it run? Or do I only disable vertex shader?

Disabling it says "Your computer does not meet GPU requirements". This is weird problem I've never seen anybody else have...
