Does anynoe have kernel26 and headers of kernel version 2.6.36? current 2.6.39 makes my notebook very very hot(yes, I tried everything what was mentioned). LTS kernel is much much cooler but multitouch isn't working on it. Is there any chance I can find that kernel version?

Have you tried adding pcie_aspm=force to kernel line? This and scheduler regressions (which you can change) are known issues for kernel>2.6.37
