Gnome 3 won't load correctly...

Hey there everyone, first time posting here and first time using (or trying to) arch linux

So, the installation went smoothly and all but i'm having troubles with the DE now, in this case, with gnome3.

I followed the setups for it on the arch wiki but still nothing. It just doesn't load it correctly and the keyboard setup changes for the default value.

I'm running it in a virtual machine as you can see. Well, that being said, what should i do to run gnome3 correctly?

Some notes: i've to call gnome3 everytime with the xinetic command, how do i make it load automatically when i start a session?

this is what i have on the daemons part, in the /etc/rc.conf file ---> "DAEMONS=(syslog-ng network netfs crond dbus rc.vboxadd)"

edit: I found what was wrong with starting the session automatically, i missed the "gdm" on the Daemons.

What is it that you were expecting to happen/think is missing?  That looks like a standard GNOME desktop to me.

Well, the first time it loaded, it said that gnome 3 couldn't load properly and that this was the rollback version. I can't right click on it as well. And the keyboard setup is in default mode. Hopefully you guys can help

Do you have gnome-shell installed? If so, maybe it's something with your video driver. Could you tell us more about the hardware?

Here's my GPU

#nvidia geforce 8800gt overclock

I'm doing this in a virtualbox though. And yeah i installed the gnome-shell but i will confirm it when i get home.

As you can see, i've installed it, or at least looks like that. And about the keyboard, i also did everything according to the wiki but still nothing.
